A DREAM JOURNAL STARTER

WHAT CAN DREAMS
TEACH YOU?

Start with what you actually remember. A place, a person, a feeling, or one impossible detail is enough. Write it down before the day replaces it.

After a few mornings, look for what returns. Familiar places and recurring oddities can become your dreamsigns: clues that may help you recognize a dream while it is happening. You do not have to decide that every image has a hidden meaning. First, learn to notice your own patterns.

Tonight, put a notebook beside your bed. In the morning, stay still for a moment, follow the last image you can recall, and record it in a few plain words.
